If we are unable to fulfill all items in your order due to stock issues, we will ship the available products and contact you to discuss whether you would like to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or prefer a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are flat free $5.99 for order under $49 and free for any orders over $49 anywhere within USA. Shipping charges will be collected at the time of purchase. The shipping cost provided at checkout will be the final amount you pay.

Domestic orders typically take 2 to 7 days to reach their destination.

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment, provided the items are in stock.

3.4 Items Out of Stock

If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel is delivered while you are not present, please contact us with the details for further instructions.
