This Privacy Policy explains how MessyHustlers (“MessyHustlers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit messyhustlers.com, place an order, create an account, contact us, submit artwork, or request custom merchandise or event services.

- Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Account and order information, including products, sizes, customization selections, order history, and customer-support messages.
- Payment and transaction information. Payments are processed by payment providers; MessyHustlers generally does not receive your complete payment-card number.
- Custom-project and event information, such as company name, event date and location, guest count, budget, project details, artwork, logos, and uploaded files.
- Reviews, survey responses, and any other information you choose to send us.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, we and our service providers may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and information about how the site performs.

You may update certain account details through your account page. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Transactional messages about orders, payments, shipping, or support may still be sent.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive information about collection and disclosure; obtain a portable copy; limit certain uses; opt out of certain sale or sharing; and receive equal service without discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
California residents may submit a request by emailing hello@messyhustlers.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect your account. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. Some information may be retained or excluded from a request when allowed or required by law, including transaction, security, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, project administration, warranty or dispute handling, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by the type of information and our obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information that we have not requested.
7. Payment providers and external services
Payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and other external services process information under their own privacy notices. Their practices are not controlled by this policy. Review the privacy notice presented by the relevant provider when using those services.
8. United States processing
MessyHustlers operates in California, and information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
9. Children’s privacy
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
