1. About MessyHustlers

MessyHustlers is a California-based apparel, personalized-product, custom-merchandise, and live-event printing business. Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@messyhustlers.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement to place an order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information and for protecting your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Products, prices, and orders

Product information

We work to describe products, garment measurements, colors, materials, and customization options accurately. Screen settings, lighting, fabric lots, garment construction, and production methods can cause reasonable variation. Finished-garment measurements may also have normal manufacturing tolerances.

Availability and made-to-order production

Many products are printed or produced after purchase. Products, garments, colors, sizes, materials, and designs may be changed, limited, or discontinued. If an ordered option becomes unavailable, we will contact you about an alternative or refund the affected item.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are presented during checkout. We may correct typographical, pricing, or availability errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. Payment must be authorized by the payment provider.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not require us to accept an order affected by fraud, payment failure, an obvious error, prohibited content, inventory unavailability, or circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

4. Personalized products, custom merchandise, and artwork

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, placement, and other customization details before approval or checkout. Production may begin promptly after an order or proof is approved.

By submitting text, artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other materials, you represent that you own them or have permission to use, reproduce, modify, and print them for the requested project. You grant MessyHustlers a limited license to use those materials only as reasonably needed to quote, proof, produce, fulfill, and support the project.

We may decline content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, obscene, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for production. Customer-submitted artwork remains owned by its respective owner. MessyHustlers retains ownership of its original designs, templates, production files, website content, and other intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Digital proofs and on-screen previews are approximations. Fabric texture, print method, material shape, placement, and color output can create reasonable production differences. Material changes requested after approval may require a revised quote or schedule.

5. Live Custom Bar and event services

Website information and inquiry submissions do not reserve an event date. An event is confirmed only when MessyHustlers accepts the project under a written quote, invoice, order, or project agreement and any required payment is received. Scope, merchandise, travel, venue requirements, electrical needs, setup, staffing, timing, minimums, cancellation terms, and payment milestones will be stated in the applicable project documents.

There is no universal booking lead time. Availability depends on location, date, guest count, artwork, inventory, equipment, and the event calendar. The project-specific written agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.

6. Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Shipping methods, costs, and available delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Carrier delays may occur after shipment. Please review your address before paying and contact us immediately if it is incorrect.

Eligible regular products may be returned when a return is requested within 14 calendar days of delivery and the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a MessyHustlers error or an item that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Personalized, custom-made, bulk, event, and any products altered or changed at the customer’s request are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when they arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once production or fulfillment begins. Complete details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Promotions and reviews

Discounts, promotional codes, limited releases, and special offers may have additional conditions and may be changed or ended where permitted by law. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Reviews and other public submissions must reflect genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading material.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law or another person’s rights; submit malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape or access the site through unauthorized automated means; impersonate another person; commit fraud; abuse payment or refund systems; or upload content you do not have the right to use. We may restrict access or cancel affected transactions when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, or MessyHustlers.

9. MessyHustlers intellectual property

The MessyHustlers name, logos, artwork, designs, photographs, copy, website presentation, product concepts, and related content are owned by or licensed to MessyHustlers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal use of the site, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, or create derivative commercial works from that content without written permission.

10. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to payment providers, shipping carriers, social networks, analytics services, and other third parties. Their services and terms are separate from ours. MessyHustlers is not responsible for a third party’s independent website, service, availability, or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MessyHustlers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, a purchase, or a service. For a claim relating to a product or service, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid MessyHustlers for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, limited, or waived, including applicable California consumer protections.

12. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or expenses caused by your unlawful misuse of the site, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit without the required rights or permission. This section does not apply to losses caused by MessyHustlers.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using rights or forums that applicable law makes available and non-waivable.

14. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, the policies linked here, and any applicable order, quote, proof, invoice, or project agreement form the agreement between you and MessyHustlers for the applicable transaction.
