About the Design
Out of Office Mentally is for the days when your body joined the meeting but your brain has already signed off.
A small front detail keeps the piece understated. The larger back statement captures that unmistakable end-of-week, end-of-project, end-of-busy-season feeling.
It’s workplace humor with a little truth behind it: work hard, then give yourself permission to step away.
Present in person. Out of office mentally.
As an auditor, I know exactly what it feels like to earn your out-of-office time.
Busy season can mean 90-plus-hour weeks, nonstop deadlines, back-to-back calls and days where your brain is running on caffeine, adrenaline and determination. When that season finally starts to end, there’s one thing I look forward to more than anything: OOO.
Out of office. Out of meetings. Out of emails. Out of deadlines. Out of reality for a little while.
Sometimes, if I’m being honest, my body is still working while my mind has already packed a bag, turned on airplane mode and disappeared somewhere peaceful.
That feeling became Out of Office Mentally.
This design is for every hustler who puts in the hours, works hard, shows up when they’re exhausted and keeps going because something still needs to get done. You earned the break. You earned the quiet. You earned the right to mentally clock out.
